These terms govern use of the Reason Waypoint website and bookings for sittings at the studio. They were last updated on 20 September 2026.

Who we are

The official registered business name is Reason Waypoint, established in 2017. The studio address is 8 Naejeong-ro 165beon-gil, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, 13612. Telephone 031-714-2290. Email info@reasonwaypoint.click.

Acceptance

By using this website or by confirming a seat, you accept these terms and the refund terms. If you book a seat for another adult, you confirm that they know the date, the fee, and the subject of the sitting.

The sittings

Reason Waypoint provides in-person technical analysis training in intraday chart-reading fundamentals. A sitting covers how to mark and read a chart on paper. Decisions about money, orders, and brokerage accounts remain with the sitter and the sitter's own broker. Fees shown on the website are for enquiry. A seat is confirmed when the studio writes back and payment is arranged by bank transfer.

Bookings and conduct

Please arrive only for a confirmed seat. The studio may refuse a booking that asks for account management, daytime alerts, or instruction outside the published sittings. In the room, phones stay away once the first example begins, and the sheets stay in the room until the sitting ends unless Mina says a page is yours to keep.

Intellectual property

Session sheets, wall-chart examples, the field notes, and the text and photographs on this website belong to Reason Waypoint unless a credit says otherwise. You may keep your own notebook and the sentences you wrote. You may not copy the studio's sheets for a class of your own, or republish the field notes, without written permission.

Liability

Chart-reading instruction describes what is on a page. Later prices and personal financial choices stay with the sitter. To the extent Korean law allows, the studio's liability arising from a sitting is limited to the fee paid for that sitting. These terms leave in place any liability Korean law keeps in place, including liability for injury caused by negligence at the premises.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought before the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Korea.
