Refunds and cancellations

These terms apply to sittings booked with Reason Waypoint at 8 Naejeong-ro 165beon-gil, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, 13612. They were last updated on 20 September 2026. The studio teaches in the room.

Eligibility and timeframes

A refund depends on when you cancel, whether a sitting has started, and whether the studio has already prepared private notes. Write to info@reasonwaypoint.click or call 031-714-2290. The date of cancellation is the date we receive the message.

Full refund

If you cancel a group sitting seven or more days before it starts, the studio returns the fee and any deposit in full. For the Session Chart Intensive, the start is the first Tuesday evening of that run.

Partial refund

If you cancel a group sitting between three and six days before it starts, the studio returns half of the fee you have paid. The other half is kept because the seat is hard to fill and the sheets for your place are already ruled.

Inside two days, and no-shows

If you cancel within two days of the start, or you do not attend, the fee is retained. Where the absence is illness and you write before the sitting begins, the studio offers one reschedule to a later listed date instead of a refund. A second absence is treated as a no-show.

Deposits

The intensive deposit is ₩120,000 and is part of the ₩480,000 fee, not an extra charge. It follows the same windows as the fee. Other sittings are paid in full when the seat is confirmed, and that payment is the amount used in the windows above.

Rescheduling

You may move a confirmed seat to a later listed date of the same sitting if you ask seven or more days before the original start and a seat remains. Inside that window, rescheduling follows the illness rule above or the partial-refund rule, whichever you choose in writing.

Work already started

If you have attended one or more evenings of an intensive, the remaining evenings are not refunded. One makeup evening is offered if you write before the evening you will miss. For a private sitting, preparation begins when Mina has started reading the pages you sent or brought. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the hour, and she has already begun that read, ₩60,000 is retained and the rest is returned. Inside 48 hours the full private fee is retained.

Materials

Printed session sheets are prepared for the people in the room. They are not sold on their own and are not refunded as goods. A clinic notebook that you have taken home is yours; its cost is inside the clinic fee and is not refunded separately once you have left with it.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer to the account that paid, within ten business days of our written confirmation. If the transfer cannot be returned to that account, we will ask for another account in your name.

Exceptions

If the studio cancels a sitting, you may take a full refund or a seat on the next date, as you prefer. If we shorten an evening because the room cannot be used, we return a fair portion of that evening's share of the fee or offer the time again.
