Privacy notice
This notice explains how Reason Waypoint handles personal information when you write to the studio or book a sitting. It was last updated on 20 September 2026.
Data controller

What we collect
When you use the contact form or email the studio, we receive your name, email address, the sitting you ask about, a preferred date if you give one, and the message you write. If you book, we also keep the fee agreed, the payment reference for the bank transfer, and attendance for that sitting. The form asks only for those enquiry fields.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to answer you, to confirm or refuse a seat, to prepare the right number of sheets, and to handle a cancellation or refund. Booking records are kept so the studio can show what was agreed if a question arises later.
Basis
Enquiries are handled on the basis of your request and the steps taken before a contract. A confirmed booking is handled so the studio can perform that booking. Where Korean law requires a specific consent, we ask for it separately and do not bury it in a sitting fee.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence that does not become a booking is kept for 24 months and then deleted. Booking records, including the fee and attendance, are kept for five years as business records, or longer where a dispute or a legal duty requires it. You may ask us to delete an enquiry sooner if there is no booking and no outstanding refund.
Sharing
The studio does not sell personal information. Details are read by Mina Cho and Elliot Park. A bank sees the transfer you send. We share information with a public authority when Korean law requires it.
International transfers
The studio is in the Republic of Korea and handles enquiries there. Writing from another country does not move your message to an overseas advertising network. We do not pass enquiry details to a foreign processor for marketing. If a future tool required a transfer outside Korea, we would describe it in this notice before using it.
Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Act you may request access to the personal information we hold, correction of a mistake, deletion, and suspension of processing. Write to info@reasonwaypoint.click. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission.
Cookies and local records

Security
Enquiry mail is read on studio devices kept in the room or by the people named above. Paper attendance lists stay in the studio cabinet. No method of storage is perfect; if we learn of a breach that the law requires us to announce, we will do so.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects a booking already confirmed, we will say so by email to the address you used to book.
