The morning sitting treats the first hour of the cash session as its own subject. The rest of the day stays outside the room so the range can be drawn slowly.

Who it is for
People who can already name a prior-day high and low, and who want a calmer look at how the cash session actually begins. The morning is a useful companion to the intensive, and it also stands on its own.
What you leave with
You leave with an opening range marked only after that range is complete, a note on the first pullback toward it, and a sentence that does not borrow language from later in the day.

How the time is spent

The first hour as its own session
The sheet is cropped. Anything after the first hour is not on the table, so later knowledge cannot tidy up the open.

Range high and range low
The opening range is drawn only once the chosen window has finished. Drawing it early is the habit the morning is there to interrupt.

The first pullback
The group marks the first return toward the range and writes whether price met the edge or only approached it.

One sentence before the coats
Each person reads a sentence that another sitter could verify from the sheet alone.
Before you come
Know which cash open you care about. If you have last week's notebook, bring it. If you do not, a blank page is provided.
Limits
Ten seats. The morning starts at 09:00 and the example is prepared the evening before, so late arrival means the range may already be on the wall.
