Studio sitting
Level Notebook Clinic
The clinic is about the notebook you will still use on a noisy week. It is a small Thursday group, and the blank space on the page is part of the instruction.
Fixed fee for the two-hour clinic. 8 Naejeong-ro 165beon-gil, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, 13612
Who it is for
Sitters who have tried to keep notes and found the pages either empty or overcrowded. Bring a used notebook if you have one.
What you leave with
You take home a page layout you can repeat: three levels marked before the open, one sentence after the close, and a clear idea of what does not belong on that page.
On the table
- A cloth notebook if you arrive without one
- A worked example from Elliot Park's sheet file
- Time to copy one of your old pages onto the layout
- Pencil notes from Mina on the rewritten page
Outside this sitting
- A full session replay
- Indicator catalogues
- Binding advice about a particular trade you took
How the time is spent
-
01
The layout
Date and market at the top. Prior high, prior low, and prior close underneath. One sentence at the foot. The middle of the page stays available and mostly empty.
-
02
Copying a crowded page
Each person moves one old page onto the layout and has to leave something out. The leaving-out is the work.
-
03
Reading the sentence aloud
A neighbour tries to point at the level the sentence names. If they cannot, the sentence is rewritten once.
-
04
Taking it home
You keep the notebook. The studio does not collect it. Elliot will look at a later page if you come back to another sitting.
Before you come
Bring a notebook you have already written in, even if you dislike it. A new notebook is on the table for anyone who needs one.
Limits
Six seats, so the reading-aloud portion stays short. The clinic does not replace the four-evening intensive.
Next step
Reserve a Thursday seat through the form. The fee is paid once the studio confirms the place.
